What if I want to change my shipping address, ship to a UPS location or add delivery instructions?

If you are looking to change your shipping options before or after your order ships, waive the signature requirement, or add delivery instructions, this FAQ provides guidance.

Change shipping address:

• If you want to change your shipping address before your order ships, contact us, and we should be able to update it on our end.
• If you want to change your shipping address after your order has shipped, you can use the UPS My Choice service with the tracking number. There is a fee for that service.

Change delivery date

• If you want to have an order arrive by a specific date before it ships, contact us, and we can try to delay delivery to meet that date. However, this is not guaranteed as carriers have a range of dates.
• If you want to change the delivery date after your order has shipped, you can use the UPS My Choice service with the tracking number. There is a fee for that service. This is a more accurate way to hit a date.

Have an order delivered to a UPS location:

• Certain UPS locations will allow direct delivery to their locations for a fee. If you want to use that as the delivery address, you must contact the location to verify it, then provide us with the address.
• You can also reroute an order after it has shipped to a UPS location using the UPS My Choice service with the tracking number. There is a fee for that service.

Provide specific delivery instructions:

• We can’t provide instructions to UPS for delivery. Some customers will put a short description into the second address line of the shipping address. However, these instructions may not always be clear or enforceable.
• After the order is shipped, you can add more specific delivery instructions using the UPS My Choice service with the tracking number. Adding instructions is free.

Waive signature required:

• Our builds, frames, wheels, and high-value orders will require a signature. Before the order is shipped, you can request that this requirement be waived, with the understanding that doing so may increase the risk of theft or loss.
• UPS also allows you to sign online using the UPS My Choice service with the tracking number. Signing online is free.
