Bike Builds
We are a small operation that builds each bike to order from the frame up (they don't come pre=assembled from overseas) so it does take some time. In general, it takes about 1 -2 weeks to get a complete bicycle out from the time your order. However, please check our status page for the latest estimate (as we can get large backlogs and delays during pre-order or peak season fulfillment time).
Wheels and Frames
Frames typically take up to a week and wheels up to 3 business days to fulfill given some prep is required before shipping.
Components and Accessories
All other items should typically ship within 1-2 business days. We will notify if it takes longer.
